Valo Analytica CTO Appointed to FCC Technological Advisory Council

Valo Analytica is pleased to announce that its co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, Andrew Clegg, has been appointed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to serve on the Technological Advisory Council (TAC). In addition to joining the council, Andy has been selected to serve as co-chair of the TAC’s Spectrum Management Reform Working Group.

The TAC provides technical perspective to the FCC, helping shape U.S. communications policy amid rapid technological evolution. In the co-chair role, Andy will lead discussions alongside industry experts to modernize radio frequency spectrum allocation—a critical foundation for supporting next-generation connectivity, advanced AI ecosystems, and national infrastructure.

This appointment highlights Valo Analytica's technical leadership and commitment to advancing forward-looking communications policy on a national scale.
